On this day 123 years ago, The Ripper claimed his first victim. Now, 123 years and more than 200 suspects later, Ripper expert Trevor Marriott believes he has finally discovered the identity of Jack the Ripper.

In 1903, Frederick Abberline, a retired crack detective who had been in charge of the Ripper investigation at the ground level stated that he thought that multiple wife poisoner Severin Klosowski, alias George Chapman, might be Jack the Ripper. As with Macnaghten, no other officer has concurred with his opinion and modern criminal profiling science tends to reject Klosowski as a serious candidate. Do you find this valuable?

Yes, there has been many attempts made at guessing who the Ripper actually is. But in my personal opinion, we will never know who he actually was. Someone may have actually guessed it right by now. :) Do you find this valuable?
