Whether you agree or not about updating the show to the 21st century, you can't deny he's like watching lightening strike; fascinating, unpredictable, electric and lethal. Do you find this valuable?

In my opinion, Holmes is a great character and works in any setting but I think he's especially suited to the 21st century - a period of massive technological change at a very fast pace, just like it was at the turn of the previous century. He's a 21st century hero if ever there was one. Oh yes, I think Benedict Cumberbatch nailed it and Martin Freeman was spot on too. Whoever cast those two - I salute you. Another series please . Do you find this valuable?

I loved Benedict Cumberbatch as Holmes. He was perfect, and nailed it as Eve said. Do you find this valuable?
