I really don't know. I never saw that mentioned in the books. Do you find this valuable?

Well, even though they never mentioned Mr. Hudson in the books, I think we were supposed to infer that she was married because of the "Mrs." part.

....Maybe she's a widow?

Mr Hudson was charged with a crime which is unknown and Mrs Hudson got Sherlock to assure that he got put away for life. Do you find this valuable?

I like this thread ! I agree, I think Mrs Hudson is a widow with no children and so therefore rents out rooms in her house to boost her income.... I think it would be fun though if Moriarty turned out to be her son...... Do you find this valuable?

What if........ Mrs Hudson was actually Moriarty ?!!!!!! Sherlock Holmes is a master of disguise so maybe Moriarty is too.........It would explain why she puts up with Holmes and why we've never seen her kitchen............. Do you find this valuable?
